When you book a service, you can see the hourly rate of the Service Provider or Requester.

The service fee is a percentage of the total price you pay for the service, which excludes the taxes (GST and PST).

In addition to Servixi's service fees, other taxes may apply to your invoice depending on the location of your service. These additional charges are detailed in your Order invoice, which will be sent to you by e-mail.

You can also view your invoice from the Servixi browser and website.

The payments accepted on the platform are:

All services booked via Servixi are subject to pre-payment to ensure the safety of all, users, and requesters/providers, with maximum transparency.

The amount serves as a guarantee, since the price is accepted in advance by the requester/provider, who commits to the price, the date and the hour displayed on the platform.

The amount paid is blocked and secured, it is paid back to the requester/provider only when the user of the service confirms the end of the service.

If anyone changes or cancels the service 48h before it is executed, the pre-paid amount will be refunded to you’re the one who paid for the service.

Servixi has Terms & Conditions that are a legally binding contract between you and Servixi and govern your use of the Servixi Platform.
