About us

The idea to create our service platform, Servixi, arose in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic. Over 100 parents from our daycare, facing the challenge of working from home with closed daycare facilities, found themselves without assistance, compounded by closed borders and cities under curfew.

In this crisis, the urgent need to find a babysitter or someone to assist with the children became evident. Parents working from home were dealing with messy houses and constant demands from their children, while family support was unavailable due to closed borders and restricted city movement.

Despite the availability of online assistance services, there was a persistent issue: no one was reachable. Confronted with this gap, we, along with other parents from our daycare, took the initiative to launch a website. The goal was to create a space where everyone could offer or request a service, addressing the accessibility and communication challenges experienced on other online platforms.

The central idea behind Servixi is to empower individuals to manage their own schedules. Therefore, if you need any type of service tonight, there's no need to create a group on social media. Simply add a request on the Servixi platform, specifying your needs so that people can contact you directly.
